Mallon did a pre-apprenticeship course at the Sir John Cass School of Science and Technology in London. He went on to work in jewellery manufacturing with two Irish companies. “It gave me great insight into how you make the process easier and more cost-effective, something that I’ve carried with me into the handmade designs I now make.”
