Florence & Milly Pottery Brings the Colours of the Wexford Coast to Showcase Ireland 2027
Founded by ceramic artist Laura Barry in 2015, Florence & Milly creates small-batch pottery inspired by Ireland’s coastline, natural landscape and changing light. Ocean blues, soft greens, sunset tones and playful rainbows flow through the collection, while designs featuring Hook Lighthouse and locally sourced sea glass celebrate the character of the Hook Peninsula.
Every piece is individually made by Laura, ensuring that no two are exactly alike. The collection includes mugs, bowls, jugs, serving pieces, trinket dishes, tealight holders and decorative homeware. Designed to be both useful and beautiful, each piece brings a sense of colour, warmth and connection to the Irish coast into the home.
Laura’s creative journey began with the opening of the original Florence & Milly Ceramic Art Studio in County Kildare. More than a decade later, the business has found a new home beside the sea at Make & Mould Studio in Duncannon. This coastal setting has shaped a fresh direction for the brand and inspired a collection rooted in place, storytelling and authentic Irish craftsmanship.
Showcase Ireland 2027 marks an exciting stage in the growth of Florence & Milly Pottery. The brand is seeking to build relationships with independent gift shops, galleries, visitor attractions, lifestyle stores and design-led retailers across Ireland and international markets.
Buyers will have the opportunity to discover Florence & Milly’s signature coastal designs, explore the wider wholesale collection and meet Laura to learn more about the making process and the stories behind each piece.
Florence & Milly Pottery looks forward to welcoming new and existing stockists at Showcase Ireland 2027.
