I’m Margaret Rattigan, an Irish artist based in Boyle, Co. Roscommon. After a long career in retail management, I set up my art business in 2021, bringing a very customer-focused approach to my work.
I create nostalgic, colourful pieces rooted in a strong sense of place, inspired by Irish landscapes, memory, and the quieter moments that linger. My original work and limited edition prints hang in homes worldwide and are stocked in a number of retail outlets in the northwest. Although my prints are produced in limited editions, I like each one to feel individual, hand finishing many with subtle touches of gold or silver foil.
This is my first time exhibiting at Showcase, and I’m delighted to be here. I look forward to meeting you at Stand 95L in the Enterprise area.
