Mothú is a fresh and Sophistocated brand of contemporary statement jewellery, created by award winning maker Maggie McAtamney.
Maggie works from her home studio in Belfast, using digital craft laser technology and hand finished techniques she creates beautifully intricate pieces of unique jewellery that capture the magic and mystery of her my own heritage, ancient history, vintage patterns, rugged landscapes, symbols and motifs.....

Maggie uses traditional and modern materials including natural woods, wood veneers, mirrored/frosted acrylics and semi precious metals, the production process is completely ‘in house’ allowing her to offer excellent price points.
‘I created Mothú to be a vehicle for my obsession with excellent design, contemporary jewellery & Art, story telling and seductive aesthetics, I make intricate objects that evoke a sense of time, meaning and identity, I get lost in the creative and technical process …..it is magical'.
