Tracy McCarthy is the founder of Naturally Balanced, an Irish skincare and wellness brand based in Kinsale, Co. Cork, dedicated to creating natural, thoughtfully formulated products inspired by the beauty of West Cork.
With over 18 years of experience in holistic therapies, Tracy's journey began when she returned to education to pursue her passion for health and wellbeing. Qualifying in massage, beauty therapy, neuromuscular physical therapy, reflexology and baby massage, she later became an educator, teaching massage and beauty therapy at a private college in Cork.
Through her work at Head to Toe Therapies, with established clinics in Kinsale and Clonakilty, Tracy developed a deeper understanding of skincare and the importance of caring for both skin and overall wellbeing. She began blending natural oils tailored to her clients' individual needs, laying the foundations for Naturally Balanced, officially established in 2022.
What began with a small collection of plant-based oils has grown into an extensive range of facial oils, body oils, lip oils, essential oil blends, handcrafted soaps, mineral bath and foot soaks, wellness sprays, sauna oils and carefully curated gift collections.
Hand-blended in Kinsale, Naturally Balanced brings together Tracy's professional expertise, carefully selected ingredients and a genuine passion for simple, effective skincare. Each collection is developed with a clear purpose, encouraging customers to incorporate natural skincare and moments of self-care into their everyday routines.
Inspired by the natural surroundings of Kinsale and West Cork, Tracy remains committed to creating honest, accessible skincare while supporting Irish craftsmanship and local communities.
Today, Naturally Balanced continues to grow through independent retailers, wellness professionals and wholesale partnerships, bringing its distinctive Irish-made skincare and wellness collections to a wider audience.
