Pickled Pom Pom was founded in late 2018 by designer and NCAD alumni Laura Dempsey. With a background in ladies and children's wear design for high street retailers, Laura has built a design company in the business of celebration! Extra special cards have become the core of the business and you can really see why people resonate with the thoughtful illustrations and often uniquely Irish designs. It's not always easy to say how you feel - Pickled Pom Pom try to design the paper prompts to help. The cards are also designed to be cherished after gifting - you can't frame a text message but you can frame one of their cards. All cards are designed, printed and packed in a small-batch basis. If you were to lay all the cards we sold from March '20 to March '21 from end to end you would reach the top of Mount Everest! We always have sustainability in mind, no plastic is ever used. The sleeves are compostable and can be popped in your brown bin. All our packaging is recycled and or recyclable.
