Don't miss the Showcase Fashion Show

Over the years, Roxanne has written and styled for leading newspapers and magazines, worked on wardrobe for international television productions, and dressed well-known names both at home and abroad. Alongside editorial work, she has collaborated with commercial and luxury brands, always bringing a strong focus on sustainability, ethics and authenticity to every project. The stylist and journalist's work is rooted in storytelling and a deep love of clothes that are made with care supporting Irish designers, independent makers and traditional craft.

As Creative Director and Stylist for the Showcase Ireland fashion show 2026, Roxanne brings fashion and craft together in a way that feels considered, accessible and human. The show celebrates natural materials, skilled making and thoughtful design, and gives buyers and audiences a chance to connect with the stories behind the clothes.
Roxanne’s approach to styling centres on natural fibres, petrochemical-free materials and pieces that are designed to last - favouring longevity over trends and process over perfection. Roxanne was championing sustainable fashion long before it was a buzz word or hashtag - she is passionate about Irish design, slow fashion, ethical production and helping people to better understand where their clothes come from.

Through her writing, consulting and creative work, Roxanne hopes to encourage more conscious choices and meaningful connections with what we wear. She believes fashion should feel good, tell a story and reflect the values of the people who make it. As many consumers gain a greater awareness of the environmental and ethical issues around where our clothing comes from, Roxanne is adamant that Ireland's designers and craftspeople have a powerful role to play in shaping a more sustainable fashion future at home and abroad.
Well very au fait with the best of Irish brands, Roxanne (pictured below) nonetheless says that working on this year's fashion show as afforded even her the opportunity to be surprised by the quality of the fashion and accessories at this year's event. "One of the best parts of working on the Showcase fashion show is getting hands-on with pieces that genuinely surprise you, not because they’re loud or over designed, but because they’re thoughtful, wearable and beautifully made. Look out for beautiful modern heritage pieces by brands such as Mucros Weavers, Brendella, Liz Christy and Celtic Tweed as well as surprising contemporary pieces from brand such as Linda Wilson knitwear, Wendy Louise Designs, Fukil and Don't Kill My Vibe."
