I design and create handcrafted jewellery using a considered mix of natural and responsibly sourced materials, including Irish mussel shell and carefully selected fabrics. These textiles range from heritage Liberty London prints to distinctive fabrics discovered during my travels across Europe, giving each piece a strong sense of place, story, and individuality.
Sustainability is central to my practice. Irish mussel shell is a natural by-product of the food industry, repurposed to reduce waste and celebrate locally sourced materials. Fabric components are selected for quality and longevity, often sourced in small quantities to minimise excess and support mindful production. All pieces are produced in small batches, ensuring minimal material waste and a high level of craftsmanship.
Each design is finished with hypoallergenic metal components, making the jewellery suitable for sensitive skin while maintaining durability and a refined aesthetic. The finished pieces are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and designed to balance contemporary elegance with timeless appeal.
