Geraldine Walsh is an Irish artist working from her home studio near Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and her gallery studio in the Castle Yard, Kilkenny. Drawn to art from an early age, creativity has always been an integral part of her life—whether in the garden, the kitchen, or the studio.

Working primarily in oils, but also in watercolour and ink, Geraldine draws inspiration from the vast beauty of the Irish landscape and the ever-changing drama of light over land and sea. Her paintings are filled with light and atmosphere, capturing the mood and movement of nature. Passionate about painting en plein air, she often uses these outdoor studies as the foundation for her larger studio works.
