LAINEY K was founded in 2016 by me, Elaine Kellegher, born out of my love for typography, illustration and all things design led. At LAINEY K I make colourful, fun Greeting Cards and Art Prints designed to give you a little giggle and a definite ‘feel-good factor’ every time you see them. Every few months new designs are born and released to you, keeping the brand fresh in-store! At Showcase 2025 you will some more new designs across my Greeting Card and Art Print Collections. I am very excited to share these with you! My range includes greeting cards and art prints for special moments and milestones - everything from birthdays to new baby, new home and more. Keen to get people connecting with each other, cards and prints in the collection communicate messages of self-care, well-being, and friendship. Every design starts off with an illustration on paper, which is followed by a digital transformation of my illustrations, fusing both traditional and modern techniques. All of my work is produced on premium uncoated 350 gsm, matte finish card, giving the art a beautiful smooth feel. LAINEY K Greeting Cards are 130mm x 130mm and individually packed in a cello bag with a recycled kraft envelope. LAINEY K Art Prints are available in A3 and A4 size. The Art Prints are flat, individually packed in a cello wrap, and accompanied by a hard back board for extra protection. Framed prints are also available. LAINEY K – WINNER 2021 OF THE IRISH MADE AWARDS - FINALIST 2019, 2020 In 2021, LAINEY K won the Gift Category in the Irish Made Awards. The Awards are designed to shine a light on the talented makers, creators, craftspeople and producers across the island of Ireland. An expert panel of judges from retail, media, and design fields handpick the finalists each year, who then go forward to a public vote on irishcountrymagazine.ie. LAINEY K has been described as one of “the best makers in the country” alongside Orla Kiely, Helen James and Carolyn Donnelly by The Sunday Business Post, and has been featured across TV, radio, online and printed publications including RTE, Virgin Media, House and Home, Irish Country Magazine, The Irish Independent’s HOT LIST and many more.
